New home date

Looks like now it will be Friday the 17th that Mom will come home. There is much to do at home. It is the coordination of things at home that have changed the date.

Mom is pretty tired but doing ok. I have printed the comments on here and will be sharing them with her tonight.
Thanks all. Chris

  1. Chris,Having a blog for your Mom is a wonderful idea. It is great for "ole", life long friends, like myself, to keep up on her progress. We have to wonder why bad things happen to good people.... and your Mom is one of the best! Your Mom, Jim, Mark and yourself have been in my thoughts and prayers ever since I heard the shocking news. Everyday, I meet survivors and listen to their stories and I believe Joanne will join that special group. She is a fighter and she does believe. (We used to go to Sunday school together)If anyone can survive this, she can, and I believe she will.
Give her a BIG HUG for me and tell her that I pray for her daily and I pray she will go home soon and get well. I want to come visit her the next time I am in Maine. I love you Joanne!

  2. So glad you are blogging this Chris!! I have been thinking of your family constantly since Mark shared the devastating news with me. Please tell your Mom I am sending positive energy her way every day!! I am so glad to hear she will be coming home - as they say, there's no place like home, and there in that beautiful home can she soak in the warmth and love of her family and find peace and comfort.
My love and best wishes always.
